Holiday Horse & Carriage RidesSaturday

Back by popular demand, Zona Rosa is once again offering horse-drawn carriage rides throughout the center.
Tickets are on sale now at Zona Rosa Guest Services.
Tickets are $5 each and with each ticket adult ticket purchase, one child twelve and under may ride for free!
We will be blocking an area right in front of The Grove building for loading/unloading.

Santa Claus
December 5 - December 24
Sitting in his traditional storybook scene at Zona Rosa,
Santa Claus will listen to children's Christmas wishes everyday December 5-24th.
One complimentary photo per family provided by Zona Rosa while supply lasts.
Photo packages available for purchase.
Santa hours: Monday-Saturday Noon-8 p.m., Sunday Noon-6 p.m.
Santa will take breaks to send up children's wishes to the elves.
4 to 8 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 8.
Each person will receive one free photo with Santa compliments of Zona Rosa.
NAWS will be accepting pet food donations to help support local shelters.

The Salvation Army Angel Tree
Through December 19
The Salvation Army's Angel Tree Program provides new clothing and/or toys for children. The tree is decorated with numbered paper angel tags with the first name, age and gender of a child who will receive the gift. Contributors remove one or more tags from the tree and purchase appropriate gifts for the child or children described on the tags. The toys are then delivered back to the Salvation Army, and later picked up by the parent to distribute to the child/children on
Christmas Day.

Oh...the days are getting shorter and the wind is getting colder. That could only mean it is time for Parkville's annual Turkey Trail Trot.

Just another beautiful Fall day in Parkville...



Watching the girls, through the kitchen window, while they play outside. Sandy, the neighbor's dog, has also came by to play with our dog, Elvis. The birds are singing and the children are laughing and the dogs are barking. I just love living in Parkville!
